Jacob Yamen

 Jacob Yamen is a rising senior at George W. Hewlett High School who earned his AP Capstone diploma through his research paper on how media-induced political polarization affects different generations of Americans. Beyond research, He serves as the ex officio student representative of the Hewlett-Woodmere Board of Education, where he advocates on behalf of student perspectives in policy decisions. He is also proactive within the business department of his school, becoming a 2x DECA state finalist and the SMG Stock market champion of New York state.
