Tyler Sonnichsen is Senior Lecturer in Geography and Geosciences at the University of Vermont. He earned his PhD in Human Geography at the University of Tennessee in 2017. He published his first book, Capitals of Punk via Palgrave in 2019 and has been publishing a quarterly music history zine, Postcards from Irving, since 2022.
